A long-running night photography series — long walks after dark with a tripod on the shoulder, hunting for the single lit window in an otherwise sleeping street.

Approach:

Tripod-mounted, long exposures — out walking after dark, looking for the one window still lit in an otherwise sleeping street.

Subject:

Houses, towers and quiet roadsides — light leaking from windows, signs and skies into the dark.

Equipment:

Digital — Nikon 800D, Sony Alpha A7R II. Film — Olympus Trip XB400, Nikon F801s, Mamiya RZ67.
